Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Clocks and Colours packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
